SESSION BY SESSION

The seven sessions

Nobody fails an MMI for lack of intelligence. People fail for lack of practice, and practice is exactly what we train.

Measure

Your starting point, measured. Then a focused review of your personal experiences, and the core principles an MMI is built on.

60 min · homework before the session
2SESSION 2

Personalize and simplify

Come with your homework done. Your experiences taken one by one, made easy to follow, and the harder personal questions pushed further.

60 min · homework before the session
3SESSION 3

Unsettling scenarios

Read the documents provided in advance. Role-played scenarios, team questions and situations designed to unsettle you, with expert feedback after every run.

60 min · homework before the session
4SESSION 4

Every question type

Estimation and mental-maths questions, with the reference figures provided in advance, then targeted feedback at the intensity you choose.

60 min · homework before the session
5SESSION 5

A full MMI simulation

A complete practice interview under real conditions, followed by a review of your answers.

90 min · homework before the session

Your choice

The session is yours to shape: you arrive knowing what is holding you back, and we fix it. Between these final sessions, the practice never stops.

60 min · homework before the session
7SESSION 7

A second full MMI simulation

One last complete practice interview, then the debrief: where you stood at session one, where you stand now, and the plan for your interview dates.

90 min · homework before the session

THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED

Written by medical students who had to dig and struggle through all that ambiguity themselves before finding what actually works. We remove it for you, so you can focus on your performance.

A few of the documents tied to the MMIs

  • Reference values for estimation (Fermi) questions
  • Local and global current-events summary
  • What to do depending on how the person in front of you reacts
  • Question banks, to practise with friends or on your own
  • MMI format
  • A strengths-and-weaknesses report after every session

The homework set before each session is not optional. Every session opens by checking it, and we expect it done. Practising at home is essential.

And at the end of every session, we circle back over the concepts from the previous sessions.

We also work on visualization: picturing yourself, on the day itself, standing across from the evaluator, feeling the pressure rise, and noticing how your body and mind respond.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • You understand your own experiences better, and you can talk about them with ease.
  • Stressful situations stop unsettling you: they become a chance to stand out.
  • You communicate your reasoning, instead of hunting for the “perfect” answer.
  • You adapt to any scenario, instead of depending on one memorized structure.
  • Follow-up questions and surprises stop catching you off guard.
  • You have fun with it.
