User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a session, submitting a form, or otherwise using the MNTR Tutoring website and services, you agree to this User Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Our services

MNTR Tutoring provides one-on-one academic tutoring and CASPer/MMI interview preparation, delivered online by our tutors. Sessions are educational support only; we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, or interview results.

3. Booking & payment

Sessions and packages are booked and paid for through our website. By completing a booking you agree to:

• Pay the listed price for the session or package selected at the time of booking
• Provide accurate contact, scheduling, and payment information
• Payment processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card number
• Package sessions (e.g. 5- or 10-session bundles) are valid for a reasonable period from purchase and are non-transferable to another person

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. We will always try to work with you if something genuinely unexpected comes up — just reach out as soon as you can.

5. Conduct

We expect respectful, appropriate conduct from everyone in a session — students, parents, and tutors alike. We reserve the right to end a session early, decline future bookings, or reassign a tutor if conduct is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Tutor non-solicitation policy

Clients matched with a tutor through MNTR Tutoring remain MNTR Tutoring clients. Arranging to work privately with a tutor outside of the platform, without our involvement, is not permitted. This keeps pricing fair and ensures continuity and accountability for every family we work with.

7. Limitation of liability

MNTR Tutoring and its tutors provide educational support in good faith but make no guarantees about academic, test, or admissions outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the session or package in question.

8. Privacy

Information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

9. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time as our services evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
